The enquiry form
The form on our home page checks your entries inside your own browser. It does not transmit or store your name, company, email, phone number or message. When you reload or leave the page, what you typed is gone. To reach us, use email or phone.
When you email or call us
If you contact us directly, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, company, email address or phone number, and details of the textiles you need, such as composition, quantities, colors and delivery location. We use this to:
- reply to your enquiry and discuss what we can manufacture or supply;
- prepare and agree the terms of an order, if you decide to place one;
- arrange delivery, samples or follow-up related to that order;
- meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations that apply to us.
Specifications, artwork or shade references you send are used only to handle your enquiry or order.
Fonts and hosting
Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address and standard browser information under Google's own privacy policy. Our hosting provider may also keep technical server logs, such as IP address, time of request and page requested, for security and operation.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where needed to fulfil an order you have agreed with us (for example, with a carrier delivering goods to your address), with service providers that support our email and website, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence as long as needed to deal with it. Records of agreed orders are kept for as long as legal, tax and accounting obligations require.
Your choices
